André Gelfi
André Gelfi is an executive with extensive experience in the gaming and betting industry, having played a leading role in both corporate management and the development of Brazil’s regulated betting market. He is currently a partner at Betsson, with a global scope of operations, and served as the Institute’s first President from its founding in 2023 until March 2025, and again on an interim basis from September 2025 to June 2026, advancing a regulatory framework centered on responsible gaming. With previous leadership roles at Suaposta and Codere, Gelfi combines expertise in institutional relations, business development, and compliance. He is widely recognized as a leading figure in Brazil’s sports betting and online gaming industry.

Andrea Ueda
Andrea Ueda is a lawyer and compliance/regulatory professional with over 18 years of experience. She holds a bachelor's, master’s, and doctorate degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), an Executive MBA from FGV-SP, and an MBA in Exponential Business from IBMEC. She is certified in Financial Compliance (FGV-SP), as a Chief Compliance Officer (IBDEE), and in Data Privacy and Protection (EXIN, FGV-SP, and LEC). She is currently pursuing an MBA in Artificial Intelligence at Faculdade Exame.

Beatriz Ponzoni Junqueira
Beatriz is a lawyer with extensive experience in Brazil and abroad in corporate law, regulatory, antitrust, and compliance matters, with a focus on gaming and betting. She holds a law degree and a Master’s in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and an LL.M. from New York University. She is currently the Managing Director of bet365 in Brazil.

Cássio Filter
Cássio is a journalist graduated from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul (UNISC) in Rio Grande do Sul. He has over 20 years of experience in communications and has been active in the iGaming sector since 2019. He led the brand strategy and expansion of KTO in Brazil and currently serves as its Country Director.

Davis Hodge
Davis brings 25 years of experience in international public policy, having advised countries and multinational clients across Latin America, the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East on regulatory challenges and strategic communication. He holds a degree in Political Science and Economics from Middlebury College and a Master’s in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS. He currently serves as Director of Regulatory Affairs for Flutter in Brazil.

Fernando Vieira de Mello
Director of Institutional Relations at BetMGM, with a career spanning more than 40 years in the media, journalism, and corporate communications sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked in reputation management, institutional relations, and engagement with stakeholders across Brazilian society and the country's regulatory environment. A trained journalist, he has held leadership positions at major media organizations, including Grupo Globo, TV Bandeirantes, Rádio Bandeirantes, Jovem Pan, and TV Cultura. Before joining BetMGM Brazil, he served as Director of Institutional Relations for São Paulo at Grupo Globo.

Guilherme Figueiredo
Director of Institutional Relations for Betano (Kaizen Gaming) in Brazil. He previously served for two and a half years as the company's Commercial Director, leading its media strategy, sponsorships, and brand growth in the Brazilian market. He currently oversees the company's government and institutional affairs agenda, focusing on strengthening regulation, combating the illegal market, and promoting responsible gaming and sports integrity.
