Alessandra is a results-driven iGaming executive with broad experience in Business Development, Digital Transformation, Agile Methodologies, and Innovation. Before joining the launch team of BetMGM Brazil, she led Cartola Express at Globo and headed the transformation office of the UmaSóGlobo Program, where she promoted new revenue-generating initiatives and led the Ecosystems & Partnerships area focused on building multiplatform partnerships.
Andrea Ueda
Andrea Ueda is a lawyer and compliance/regulatory professional with over 18 years of experience. She holds a bachelor's, master’s, and doctorate degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), an Executive MBA from FGV-SP, and an MBA in Exponential Business from IBMEC. She is certified in Financial Compliance (FGV-SP), as a Chief Compliance Officer (IBDEE), and in Data Privacy and Protection (EXIN, FGV-SP, and LEC). She is currently pursuing an MBA in Artificial Intelligence at Faculdade Exame.
Beatriz Ponzoni Junqueira
Beatriz is a lawyer with extensive experience in Brazil and abroad in corporate law, regulatory, antitrust, and compliance matters, with a focus on gaming and betting. She holds a law degree and a Master’s in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and an LL.M. from New York University. She is currently the Managing Director of bet365 in Brazil.
Bruno Carmona Calado
Bruno is a lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in regulatory and governmental affairs. He holds a Law degree from the State University of Londrina (UEL) and specialized in International Relations (IBMEC), Regulatory Law (UERJ), and completed an MBA in Government Relations at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He currently serves as Senior Manager of Regulatory and Public Policy at Kaizen Gaming, operator of the Betano brand in Brazil.

Cássio is a journalist graduated from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul (UNISC) in Rio Grande do Sul. He has over 20 years of experience in communications and has been active in the iGaming sector since 2019. He led the brand strategy and expansion of KTO in Brazil and currently serves as its Country Director.
Davis Hodge
Davis brings 25 years of experience in international public policy, having advised countries and multinational clients across Latin America, the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East on regulatory challenges and strategic communication. He holds a degree in Political Science and Economics from Middlebury College and a Master’s in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS. He currently serves as Director of Regulatory Affairs for Flutter in Brazil.
